The Fit3D Body Scanner, a cutting-edge technology developed in collaboration with DEXA, captures over 1000 pictures using three cameras, creating a 3D avatar of your body. This scan provides personalized biometric data, including weight, full body measurements, body fat percentage, and basal metabolic rate calculations. It also offers a Body Shape Rating (BSR) indicating the location of internal fat (visceral fat), postural analysis, and insight into movement issues—all in under a minute. The scan serves as a baseline for progress tracking throughout the program.

This analysis goes beyond routine testing, examining specific nutrients, inflammatory markers, fasting insulin, hormones, complete thyroid panel, and more.  It provides a comprehensive understanding of metabolic and overall health, enabling proactive intervention.

Food sensitivities affect millions worldwide, contributing to various illnesses. The test, a finger-prick dried blood sample, identifies reactive foods, addressing inflammation—a common driver of chronic disease. Participants eliminate reactive foods for 4-12 weeks, (depending on symptoms) then reintroduce them. Additionally, the test assesses intestinal permeability (“leaky gut”) and candida, providing valuable insights for personalized dietary strategies.

The program includes a 60-minute initial session and subsequent sessions of 30-45 minutes, focusing on individual needs. Participants discuss their “outcome goal” in the kickoff session, while subsequent sessions center on actionable behaviors and daily actions to achieve that goal.

Coaching sessions are a blend of in-office meetings and zoom, tailored to the client’s availability and preference.

Unlike typical practices, our program offers unlimited support between sessions at no additional cost. Questions or concerns receive a response within 12 hours, fostering continuous guidance and encouragement.

Session 2 – Define; Discuss Labs, establish roll out to reach goals, discuss individual care plan created specific to patient, etc.

Session 3 – Explore & Assess; – Follow up on establish goals, how patient is doing keeping on track, etc.
