Jan Zislis, MD

Dr. Jan Zislis is the founder and CEO of Modern Medical Concierge which originated in 2011 as Country Doc Concierge with the vision of providing patients with unparalleled personalized medical care.  With an impressive educational background, Dr. Zislis completed his undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall College, going on to complete graduate studies in Biotechnology Engineering at Tufts University, and his medical degree at the world-renowned Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel where Dr. Zislis completed rigorous internships in internal medicine, general surgery, and pediatrics.

Taking his medical training to the next level, Dr. Zislis chose the competitive and rigorous specialty of Emergency Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine and Traumatology at the University of Connecticut in Hartford, Connecticut.  He received the prestigious Phillip Stent Award for Outstanding First Year Resident and served as Chief Resident in his final year of training. This invaluable experience provided him with advanced training in a wide array of medical and surgical subspecialties, solidifying his skills as a well-rounded physician.

Not only is Dr. Zislis a Board-Certified Emergency Physician, but he has completed multiple advanced educational programs in Functional and Nutritional Medicine and is currently enrolled in the Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.  He is a valued member of the medical staff at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut and has served on multiple hospital committees including two terms on the Medical Executive Committee and currently serves on the Emergency Department Peer Review Committee.  He has been recognized as an outstanding teacher and mentor to medical students and residents and his extensive knowledge and proficiency in a wide range of healthcare disciplines allows him to effectively diagnose and treat both urgent and chronic conditions. Driven by a commitment to delivering comprehensive and practical care, he strives to provide his patients with the highest level of personal service.
